Human Resources department has not been trained well. I was honestly surprised they picked up the phone, as in the past I have called multiple times without an answer. Very impatient and speak as though they have better things to do than to assist employees/would-be employees. They rush you off the phone without even asking if there was anything else needed to be answered and are condescending.
