Highly disappointed with our wedding cake. It was not white and the vanilla interior looked burnt / dark. The flavor was off, didn't quiet taste like vanilla either. I was very detailed in the design I requested as well. The polka dots did not match the sample provided. When I reached out, we did not receive an appropriate response. I asked to speak to management and haven't heard anything back in over a week. As a small business owner, I couldn't imagine not responding to an upset customer.
