I have been a client of Jeremy Myer since he opened RAW Personal Training in 2010. His knowledge about what is the right effort and focus for my fitness routine has brought me excellent results, and I recommend him highly. As one of his oldest clients, his relaxed but consistent methods of training have kept my body strong, toned, and energized.

In 2013, I was diagnosed with a rare, fatal, and incurable form of Blood Cancer.........T-Cell Lymphoma. My status was Stage 4..... the final period approaching death. However, my muscle mass, bone density, and body strength gave me the best chance to fight the odds .....and I beat those odds !! Today, I am referred to as a Miracle Man !! I attribute this Miracle to excellent medical attention, a positive attitude........and my strong physical condition. I am grateful to Jeremy Myer and the entire team at RAW for playing a big part in keeping me healthy, fit, and ALIVE !!
