purchased a reman transmission unit for 2002 acura MDX for my customer with 3 year parts and labor warranty. It started leaking transmission oil in couple of weeks at the solenoids located right under the starter. So that's where i was surprised when it came to warranty labor to install the defective parts. it was not like "no questions asked we will take care of the situation under warranty" . i had to get with the manager in charge to get labor on intalling this part. it was not easy.. Bottom line, they may have a good product but not when it comes to warranty. It seems like i am afraid i will have a problem in the future to handle any warranty issues with this company in the 3 year time frame. Bottom line, i am not a happy and i will certainly tell the other shops of my experience around my arear.
