-1 star. We chose Aria because of their location on the strip and fair prices. We arrived only to find that our room wasn't yet ready despite checking in later than quoted. The reservation was placed over a month in advance. We were not compensated in any way even though we were to pay for a corner suite. I'm no prince but there are also other hotels to choose from.
-1 more star. Their [basic] pool was closed for an event on Saturday night and closed at 8 the next.

Once we finally were given a room the stay went much more smoothly. The housekeeping service was very friendly and courteous.
