UNBELIEVABLE! I'm in Central Florida and pay these guys for an AC service warranty and it's been 8 days without air conditioning (in Florida heat!) and so far 2 tech's have come and gone trying to diagnose it, deer in the headlights. I'm currently on hold for their customer service because I live in Florida and not having AC is like not having water for a human being, it's incomprehensible. I've been on hold for 1 hour now. Never in my life have I ever been on hold for this long. Complete fools, I don't recommend this company...definitely considering legal action. Good luck guys!
