Unique Accommodation is my rental property manager...

Unique Accommodation is my rental property manager for my house in Vancouver West Side, and they helped find my tenants in 2014. I was quite satisfied with their services and the tenants during the first year, so I have renewed the lease agreement and their services since then. Unique acted diligently during the process of showing the house to prospectus tenants, and I was happy with the online advertisement and the updates they provided me during the process, such as sending me notices of the times/dates that they planned to show the house. They have a well-organized and friendly staff that so far has responded quickly and efficiently to any issues that has required maintenance & fixing of the house and appliances. They have a list of handymen and repairmen that respond quickly at reasonable costs without the need for my presence. When somethings needs to be fixed they contact me by email to ask if I have any preferences or specific requirements beforehand. Sometimes I am away from BC for several weeks/months and I have come to trust them to take care of the house in my absence. Since the start of my lease agreement they have inspected the house a few times to verify and make sure the inside is in good condition and nothing out of ordinary is happening which is very reassuring. In addition their accounting and invoices are very clear and transparent, and all of the rent payments have been paid on time. I was asked to share my experience with Unique Accommodation, and I must say so far I am very satisfied with their services and I would highly recommend them to both tenants and home owners.
