I ve used this insurance broker in my capacity as a director of a condominium board.

The initial contact was great, we got a sufficient coverage for a fair price.

Later this year I reached out to my representative via email and phone and didn t hear back in weeks. The customer service hotline from the e-blast didn t want to connect me to an agent but suggested a call back - after doing more research of the actual number of their office I learned that our representative had left the company months ago.

I wasn t notified and emails weren t answered. Poor service. We switched to a smaller, more boutique insurance broker.
