I had a great experience working with Alex from SAG. I put in my car request and within 5 minutes he called me back. He gave me a great quote for an Audi A3 and he carried the transaction all the way through the pickup. I was even able to drop off my previously leased vehicle and simply swap keys. So easy. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I'm located in VA and Alex could've easily said "no" to an out-of-state deal. I would understand. But, he made it work out and I was absolutely delighted. No BS.
