The staff here is superb. Friendly, helpful, and always positive. NOT the library experience of old with cranky librarians and arrogant and condescending reference desk personnel. Love going here to pick up books I have reserved. Also, excellent book buyers on staff, so picking up a new fiction or non-fiction book is always a welcome experience as well.
