Luxury rates, budget accommodation. If you are happy breathing in chlorine constantly & sitting on the toilet side-on, then this might be the place for you. Not kid friendly like they say, nothing on the in room menu to cater for children except an adult serving of bolagnaise, they wouldn't even allow the chicken strips from their in-house restaurant to be delivered to the room. Horrible metal spiral stairway in the middle of the lounge that all small children will attempt to climb and hurt themselves on let alone getting your luggage up and down them easily. Enjoy walking up flights of stairs? 5 flights of stairs with a toddler is not fun! Booked a crib to be in our room which was not there, when it arrived we realised that our 2 bedroom apartment could not actually fit in a port-a-cot so our 2 year old gets to enjoy the lounge and larger tv as we literally cannot fit her bed anywhere else. Photos are very misleading of the rooms, bearly enough room for a bedside table let alone 2 as the double bed was pushed against the wall. When asking staff about paying for a larger room we were simply told "booked out" And to put the icing on the cake we get a letter in our door reminding us that we need to be out by 10am. Live and learn SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY ELSEWHERE!!! Not worth the $800+ a night!!!
