When trying to reach someone after a breakdown several times failed - first 2 * thrown out of the waiting loop (disconnected), then over 10 minutes in the waiting loop without reaction. Asked about the chat and promised a call back - I'll wait a day later in vain.
I know which dealer does not come to the train at the next car purchase ...
