Zero stars for handling my transaction. Always use your American Express card this way you have your protection against Uber Giants like Rock Auto. I ordered new Walker (Catalytic Converters) aka CATS for my 2010 Lincoln Town Car. CATS did not fit the car so I called RA and send CATS back. They wanted me to pay for shipping! Why because they send me a part I couldn't use? I disputed the charge with AMEX and won my case. However, RA band me from future purchases and won't do future business with me until I pay the shipping charges. [SO SHADY] Corporate needs schooling to own up to their mistakes. Thank you American Express for my consumer protection.
