I must say that owning campers over 20 plus years they ALL have issues. In my history I had never heard of Grand Design. Until walking into one after owning another BRAND for 4 months and being serious underwhelmed. The amount of time that the customer service department responds has been amazing. Yes you may have to make more than one phone call people but be your own advocate for what you need. Their is a woman. We will call her Emily. Hahaha....who is amazing. Do your home work. We just attended our 1st "rally". And we're amazed at what their "TECHS" Actually do. They were driving around at 6 am to start their day. And ending those days at 10 pm. I think it is pretty amazing what this company does. We own a 2970rl and we almost bought the new Solitude rear kitchen and we have only owned for 1 year. Keep up the great work folks.
