Awesome Hotel. Everything is great about it, I was offered a room with luxury sea view which was amazing. Loved both the room and the view. Comfartable bed, good room service, great buffet food and friendly staff. I liked how the buffet is organized in a very clean and safe way for both staff and customers.

I asked for a late check out so that I can pray before leaving the hotel and they have extended the time for me without charging anything and that was great.

Now for the downside, the room was really hot and I have asked the room service to send someone to check it for me. They came to check it 3 times, telling me to wait and that they'll monitor it from their end, but still no use. I stayed in the hotel for 2 days and the AC was still hot until my check out time. Given that we're in the middle of the summer, weather is already too hot outside which makes the room hot as well. I had to stay in the room with a temperature of 23-23.5 Celsius.

This honestly isn't something be expected from a 5 star hotel, in Dubai on top of that. I have booked in Sofitel the palm because of their rating of 9/10 in Booking.com. Therefore I didn't even expect to experience such an issue during my stay and for the whole period as well. I had to deal with the temperature until I left the hotel which was extremely uncomfortable. My rating on a scale of 10 would be 6/10.

Another aspect is that I understand that the hotel was closed for quite some time during to COVID-19. But I don't understand why rooms are still dusty after opening the hotel for a while. Using the wardrobe hangers made my black Abayas all dusty and it wasn't easy to get it off. Also, I did see a spider in the bedroom and a spider net in the bathroom. I think that rooms need to be cleaned as well not only sanitized.

Some issues might be too small but for a 9/10 rated hotel they could really be bad. So I suggest that you guys pay more attention to those details.
