Worst Customer service I have ever experienced! Trish came out to our house to do a template and was extremely rude and condescending to my wife. I had to call in and fix her oversight the next day I will say the person I talked with that day was very professional. They came out and installed the countertops did great work. But did not drill the hole for the air gap for the garbage disposal. So now we have to pay to get them to come back out because. " It's the customers responsibility to tell the installers where they want the holes." Ok so why did we have to go in and design everything with Lowes beforehand? Lowes sends contour countertops a work order and they come out to the installation site twice. Just so Contour Countertops is aware you guys are supposed to be the professionals not your customers! Thanks for giving us a big headache instead of having your customers back.
