Worst bank ever!!! I have one company charging me...

Worst bank ever!!! I have one company charging me and I was told that they would be blocked, the first time. Four new debit cards and 20+ charges later...still being charged fraudulently. Now I am on Vacation, a thousand miles from the nearest branch, and cannot get access to any of my funds. Santander has single handedly ruined my vacation!!!
