This is a refurbished computer retailer. You should temper your expectations accordingly. Having said that, the prices are about 25-35% off of retail prices for equivalent machines. The laptops are usually B Grade cosmetic status which means they are not in perfect condition but they are still presentable.

For what they are, Microcad is a good company with reasonable policies. No one will give you a steep discount like this and maintain the same level of service as a storefront retailer. If you want a "hassle free" experience, buy off amazon or Bestbuy for 35% more. If you want a good deal on a USED laptop, go with Microcad.
