Went to home health care solutions today to purchase a product I have purchased dozens of times for my husband. The price rang up incorrectly at the till ($9 more than usual) and I let them know that. The cashier Ila brings the price tag to the front which showed the price I have paid many times previously. She told me that the advertised price (which I have purchased at dozens of time was incorrect) she proceeded to made a big deal about charging what the box was scanning at (still $9 more than labled). Ila told me she wouldnt allow me to purchase the product, even though I have a dozen or so times before at that price. She also told me in these times we need to share the wealth and I should pay the higher price, that the box was scanning at. I have just been laid off, my husband who is 36 and needs this product daily and cannot function without it, has benefits that do not cover it. So why the heck should I "share the wealth" as Ila said with a giant store like Home Care Health Solutions when all I want to do us pay for the product at the advertised price?!?
Absolute garbage service. Never would recommend anyone go there. Shop elsewhere, they will gouge you on prices, because they want us to "share the wealth"
