I have been inside the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center numerous times attending social/religious functions.
The Convention Center helps a great amount of people who without its facilities would be without any type of adequet shelter during these harse times.
It is a great attribute to the city of Dallas and ALL it's citizens to help those people who have severely limited resources.
