This guys are enough of big talk but never serious after they get the project in their hand. If you are planning to collaborate with them, think before you put your time and money because they don't have sense of time and deadline. And forget about the after project support, they won't even hear you. This is my personal experience of spending 2 year for a project that was estimated to complete in 8 months.
