This meal is quite the journey. Whereas a lot of high end restaurants are gunning to out-crazy one another with molecular gastronomy, Crenn is fine with creating pieces of art for each dish. The meal was amazing, the staff was extremely accommodating (separate wine flight and tasting menu for my pescetarian wife), and the wine pairing was poured incredibly heavily.
