Worst resort I ve ever been to. People in the lobby were complaining because they found used condoms on the floor! The hotel was nothing like the pictures, in fact, it s a completely different hotel. If I could give it zero stars, I would!!!!! The lady that helped me, Carmen I believe her name was was great! But the tall dark supervisor was absolute no help at all and in fact avoided us. He didn t even make it an effort to apologize!!! Save yourself the time and money.
