My 2 yr old Plott hound had a very unfortunate stick-in-throat accident while playing and my normal vet referred me to the emergency dept at Westvet. Their communication was very consistent and dependable throughout the 6 hr ordeal to get him first checked out, then they put him under for some throat sutures. They provided me 2 estimates (best case/worst case) and Dr Kimbel called 5-6 times to give me updates, just like I wanted. Westvet was professional and dependable and I recommend them.
