You guys sold me a bunk car. The car has tons of electrical issues. The key gets stuck in the ignition, the dashboard flickers, car shuts off when driving, radio doesn't work, heat doesn't work, parking emergency brake flashes on and off, check engine flashes on and off. Battery isn't operating at full capacity. It's impossible to get the car in to get a new battery that is covered under your warranty. When I went to get the new battery, they didn't have it in stock (even though they knew we were coming and had ordered it week before). Tried to tell the tech there seems to be a common issue with the 2012 Captiva and an "incorrect battery current sensor on negative battery cable assembly" but he didn't even listen. Just said, we don't deal with recalls here. I will never buy from you guys again. Bunk car and terrible shop service.
