I went to the ER while visiting family 2 years ago...

I went to the ER while visiting family 2 years ago.
I have COPD and was coughing badly. I was coughing so hard I was bruising my torso from coughing so hard and frequently. The ER doctor was flippant and totally dismissive of the pain I was in! He said to me I guess your used to coughing and bringing up mucus! Two days later I went to Eisenhower Medical Center and ended up being hospitalized for three weeks! Way to go Desert Regional! I would highly recommend NOT going to this hospital! I also know of a good friend of mine who had a stent put in his body. Turns out it was a old device that they couldn't remove because they didn't have the proper equipment to remove it! How does that happen you can put the stent in but you can't remove it!
