I lower my review from 4 to 2 stars because I again get no response to a mail with a request for help for a broken tent pole.
Dear Carl Denig: get your act together!

Go to Bever or something for the normal stuff. If it has to be really good, come to Carl Denig. Also for the service (although a response to an email for service has never been answered).

People here know their products and know what they are talking about.

I find the location awkward to say the least. In my opinion, this type of store should be located on an industrial site, where you can just park.
