The COVID restrictions really got in the way of enjoying our stay. Not enough attention from staff poolside. They didnt clean our rooms. Even though we knew that would be the case it would have been nice to have been offered fresh towels. With the restaurants closed it was difficult to get food. Food poolside was served in a box and paper bag. Too expensive to be 'roughing' it. The water slides were closed and we couldn't use the jacuzzi. Regret going during COVID.
