I work for the State and one of my clients shared with me her nightmare. Her daughter was at this facility for 2 weeks and then transfer to a different hospital. When my client noticed that her daughter's clothes are no where to be found, she called Monmouth Medical Center and the person who answered the phone was rude and disrespectful, eventually she hanged up the phone on my client. It's been a month now and my client still doesn't know what happened with her daughter's clothes. I will get to the bottom of this because NOBODY deserves to be treated the way my client was. My client just came to USA couple months ago from Puerto Rico looking for a better treatment for her daughter and this is what she has to deal with? All she is asking is for her belongings and the hospital is responsible for it. What type of customer service are you providing to the clients? Not the ideal one in my opinion.
