I got an engagement ring. It was beautiful and worth the money, but be very cautious. Do not choose Needham's if you are in a rush to get a ring. They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks but it took 4 weeks. I finally talked to 2 people from there at different times about driving 2 hours to get there at a certain time and picking it up myself, but when I got there, the person with the key to the vault wasn't there and the trip was just a waste of time. While I was there, I asked them to make sure they send it to me, but I called them 3 days after that and they still hadn't done it, so I finally asked them to just overnight the ring and they tried to charge me $25. They have a lack of communication with each other, they have a lack of punctuality, and I felt like I was a fly buzzing around the worker's head that I was working with. He didn't seem too pleasant, although he was very professional in his manner. Two things they do have are professionalism and beautiful jewelry. I'll give them that.
