Austerity has stripped services to the bone and removal of nursing bursary has caused a national shortage of nurses (and there is only one party to blame for these policies) but even despite this, the staff I work with at this Trust always go above and beyond, we provide effective interventions and the organisation has always supported me and we have just been given a Good rating by the Care Quality Commission, best rated provider in London.
