I had an appointment with the doctor in outpatient...

I had an appointment with the doctor in outpatient unit and he was rude, arrogant and inpolite towards me. I have long time condition which is relating to mental health issues and all I received is rude interrupted reply from the doctor !
So, what is about long term plan of NHS?
WE ARE SUPPOSED TO PUT PATIENTS WHO SUFFER FROM MENTAL HEALTH ON A FIRST PLAN! I haven't received any treatment just comments on What should be done and should not be done!
