Absolutely the Worst Pharmacy Benefit Experience I’ve Ever Had

Being a member with Capital RX has been nothing but a nightmare. The customer service is slow, unhelpful, and often gives conflicting information. Every time I’ve called about my medication, I’ve been transferred multiple times, placed on hold forever, or told to “call back later” because they couldn’t resolve basic issues.

Their transition to Costco mail order has been a disaster. Prescriptions are delayed, lost, or denied without clear reasons. I’ve had to fight just to get meds I’ve been taking for years — medications that are time-sensitive and essential to my health.

The portal and app are glitchy and nearly useless. You can’t find real-time updates, and when you finally reach a rep, they act like they’re reading off a script and not actually listening to your concerns.

If this is how Capital RX “reimagines pharmacy benefits,” then it’s a complete failure. I’ve never felt more disregarded as a patient. If you’re an employer considering this company — don’t. And if you’re stuck as a member like me, good luck getting the care and support you actually need.
