dare to say that this is the worst car insurance that exists in the United States. The customer service is very bad, while you don't have accidents, you just have to pay your monthly payment, they are pending renewal, but when you have an accident, you simply cannot count on them at all, it is proven that you are not their problem and they take everything Whatever they want, in the end they are not your friends and the problem is yours.
My particular case: January, 11/2020. I was stationed in the parking lot of a president supermarket, a lady climbed up the sidewalk, got into the parking lot and hit my car in the front, destroying it completely, the car is not manageable, they sent a representative to see the car on the day January 21, that is 10 days later, today 13 days ago of the estimate and has not yet clarified the policy, so I have already been without a car 23 days, they do not know how I manage to go to work, they do not pay the rent of a car until mine is not in the workshop, I can rent it for the days that I am in the workshop, that I could not spend 30 days and for repayment, understand that I have to pay the rent of the car and they then they would re-wrap me at the rate of 25.00 dollars a day.
I want to clarify that I do not give this opinion because my policy is poor or I pay little insurance and now I have no help, no; It is not the case, I have full coverage and enough time with this company, only if I was not to blame for the accident I do not have to make a claim for my policy, I have to do it for the lady who hit me in the car.
They have beaten me all they have wanted and they have not solved anything.
I do not recommend this company to anyone anymore.
