Three stars only because it gets work done. Buses ...

Three stars only because it gets work done. Buses come and go. But otherwise it is very unclean on the lower levels, building itself is a giant maze which actually could be fun if it wasn't so dirty and overcrowded. For tourists it could be a headache to find their bus. Though stuff is mostly friendly and helpful
