One of the best shops in London, It's iconic, historic, high end quality and fantastic decoration. Staff are very helpful. You can just do window shopping and enjoy all the wonderful foods in the food halls. Great selection of teas, foods, china, wines, bascuites, cakes and all quality of foods.
The location is great as well which is not far from Piccadilly.
There're range of prices but it worth every penny.
I would say the busiest time during all the year is Christmas time.
