eBay support for sellers is non existent. I currently have 6 weeks or time and 10+ hours of phone time invested trying to resolve a listing issue that they have created not only for me, but many other automotive part sellers. It is a total joke, I have had 6 different manager or teams leads swear they would call me back or email me, but none ever have. They have a culture of no responsibility and they love it. They will not give out any method for you to contact them. I have asked for email addresses, phone number, employee id, but they give nothing but a Case number. If you call back with that case number they make a BS claim that they cannot forward calls internally due to phone system limitations. Somehow when you ask for a manager or team lead then magically the phones can do that. Really, thanks for trying to sell stupid, but I am not buying. At the current rate I give eBay about 5-10 years before they fall from the market dominator they are to being nothing but a old expired page on wikipedia.
