Saturday 3/05/16, my wife and I were at our wits end with our existing vehicle but over the last few months had been shopping around for a new car. We tried Honda World in Downey, but their internet sales/text support team were less than helpful, responding once an hour and you would ask them 3 or more questions per text, while they would only answer one of them. Bad service. We decided to try the Norm Reeves website and got in touch with their Internet Sales Manager Susanna Yim. Not only was she super responsive on text, but she was equally pleasant in person. She was extremely patient with us while we jumped back and forth between the Honda HR-V, CR-V, then we jumped to a sedan, the Honda Accord. After so much good feedback from both neighbors and online ratings/reviews, we set our eyes on one. We landed a great deal and they gave us a truly acceptable trade in value for our trade in. Susanna was patient, not pushy, not someone trying to quickly scurry you out the door so that they can move onto the next potential customer. No, she seemed and was truly genuine with you. You can quickly tell when someone is being legit with you vs. trying to make the world sound like you want it to sound. Susanna made us feel welcome, did not rush us in any way, and answered every single question that we had with intelligence vs. guessing. This was, by far, the best auto purchasing experience we have ever had. Thank you Susanna for going the extra mile for us, for making us feel welcome, and for being so patient with us. It is truly appreciated.
