Bought a nice pre owned truck I am disabled and my mother and I l believe we're screwed by the service department completely 100% lied to every service issue was completely blown out of proportion .example LED tail flashing quickly, error code on dash.Nick the service department manager explained to me that they cost approximately 900 dollars and the only option was to remove them ,I am not a mechanic and unfortunately trusted Nick ,service had the truck for 3 day's I really needed to investigate the problems I have before relying on how am,my bad! They kept the tail lights. I found out the part required to have the lights not show error code is 15 dollars and it just plugs in ,very common. Also priced new tail lights for two hundred dollars!I am sure the lights are more than likely in some one in the service departments truck,I have had a few service department beatings,K&N cold air intake I always wanted ,lean full error code kept coming on,Nick removed it also, I called K&N in California,they laughed and gave me the proper way to clear error code . NO reason to remove intake! Nick has lied to me without having any problem taking advantage of a sick man and his elderly mother.I find that pathetic!! Thanks Nick,if I need any more service I will bring the VASSILINE!!!
