I've been a member for 13 years and now that they are moving from visa to mastercard, I tried numerous times to activate a new card. I am now locked out, the original card expires in a week, and I was given 3 different phone numbers to take care of this. I also was hung up on. It shouldn't be this hard. I'm surprised with the lack of help, and then be told to come into a branch in person. I'm 200 miles away and not going to do something that I could do online in a matter of minutes. Very disappointed.
UPDATE: They called and took care of me that same day! Reassurance that this would be taken care of while on the phone and it was. 5 STARS!!
