Locked out of my Apt, 3 hrs later the maintenance person showed up n nearly hit a car pulling in from the road. he couldn t walk without holding on to the wall then handed me the ring of keys n told me to open my door.
Idk what he was on but seeing him drive away was scary.
I called the police and then told robin the next day
She screamed at me and told me to mind my business.
