The service performed was though, the wait was minimal and the customer lobby is well equipped. Customer agent Al Romero did a great job with going over the requested job and recommendations. Also, price is right comparing to a couple other Nissan dealerships where they charge you about $80 just for an oil change.

Spent time with the 3 other Nissan dealerships here in Saint Louis. Saint Charles Nissan made this process (which for our case was quite complicated) at least 5 times more seamless. They jumped all the paperwork hoops other dealerships weren t willing to, did not try to sell us a different vehicle or deal than what we inquire for and set the most competitive price out of all, lowest finance and interest rate by a $5000 mark.

David Adams was great to work with. Very responsive accommodating and resourceful. Good customer service, worked on a good compromise price and processEd at a quick pace.
