The reviews are generally good here, which is why we choose the company to produce our signs. Unfortunately, our experience was less than desirable.

The signs were delivered and look good during the day. At night, however, they are all washed out and look as if they are many, many years old.

I immediately sent photos and brought the deficiency to the owners attention. I was told the following, "The signs were digitally printed so we could match your blue colour." In other words, I should have picked a different colour. Like I should have known better.

I most certainly would have allowed the colour to be changed slightly so that the signs could be printed properly. It should have been brought to my attention BEFORE they were printed.

An offer to "try" something was given, but nothing was ever done. Months have past now, and no effort made from Contempra's side, at all. Instead of fixing the problem, they just kept sending invoices, eventually threatening to remove the signs because they still own them.

I can live with a mistake being made, but the way the owner has handled this problem, in my opinion, was deplorable.
