After speaking with their realtor to inquire about pricing for a potential build, the Sales Manager, Steve Haygood, assumed I could not "afford upgrades" simply because I inquired about a lower priced home. Needless, to say my husband and I decided not to use Grayhawk Homes. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND!!
