My hair stylist of 8 years had just called and told me he was moving to Hawaii the day before our next appointment. Frantically, I googled salons and hair stylists trying to come up to speed on who is who and what is what. This googling brought me to Headlines The Salon. I booked an appointment online and was assigned to Rachel for the time slot I wanted. I showed up, was warmly greeted and shown around the salon. The greeter asked if I would like wine, tea, or diet coke while I waited for Rachel. Rachel greeted me and showed me to her booth. She listened very attentively as I described how I'm used to having my hair cut, asked me a few questions to clarify, and off we were!

Before Rachel began the actual cutting, I was shampooed and given a hot towel wrap on my face. This was very relaxing.

She then proceeded to cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it!

So, I'm already booked for my next appointment with her.

I'm happy and my former hair stylist is in Hawaii.
