I was looking to stay over Xmas and I've run into two poor experiences without even staying.

#1 their website to book is SLOW and archaic. Give me a calendar to see rates by day.
#2 I called their reservations line on 12/8 around 1PM and spoke with Carrie. She acted like I was interrupting her day and was extremely unpleasant. Monotone and irritated. I just hung up.
