They are on height of unprofessionalism. They don't have any protocols for interviews. They told me that there is two rounds one is telephonic then personal interview. I went to there office after telephonic round there they told me there is three more round... I said ok. But when they provide me there question paper for written test... I was like what is this "it was printed on already used paper's back side" may be they are on "save trees " mission. Whatever it was I want to tell them that it was not a professional way to treat anyone. And one more thing Effectiveness never comes by stretching working hours , you can only achieve it by your capability.
