Karen Gerow is the best! From my description of my car's "problem," she is able to determine what the mechanical issue might be. For example, I told Karen that the car was "kind of jerky" when I backed out of my garage and when I was driving around town. I added that it became "less jerky" when I was driving at about 80 miles per hour on the interstate. From that description, Karen thought the "ignition coil" might be the problem. As usual, Karen was correct, and she had my car ready in under two hours! Karen is always pleasant and professional -- never condescending to someone whose "car knowledge" is limited to operating the radio and putting gas in the car!
