Had been looking for a Ford F-150 in a particular price range and in good condition and not a lot of miles. Spent 5k more then I wanted but got what I paid for.
The dealership I usually buy my cars from acted as if I was wasting there time with what I was looking for. I was in no hurry to buy so I was very particular with what I wanted and I was not going to settle for less.
The salesmen, Matt had found a couple trucks for me to look at and none of them met my criteria. He assured me he would not stop looking. A couple weeks later he called me said he had one just in and thought it had everything I was looking for. Aside from the price it had more then I was looking for, I had been looking at values on line and new it was a reasonable price so I got it.
I have never had real good luck with service after a sale and was not expecting anything here. After the purchase we got a rain and I noticed that the truck leaked, I was not real happy but I was assured they would make it right. They replaced the 3rd brake light and called it good, a couple weeks later it rained again and the leak was still there. Took it back and this time they had the rear window removed and resealed. NO MORE LEAK! They also had ordered me a second key for it.
I may have bought a used truck but was treated as if it was a new one. I will be back.
