Review of Westminster Toyota

I am somewhat unsure of what i should rate them to...

I am somewhat unsure of what i should rate them today. I took my car in for maintaince service ($175. ) in the process they broke 2 of my wheel bolts from my 2007 yaris and charged me for them! The mechanic invoice said they were stripped and broke?! I dont think they should have charged me anything, ( i have gotten other professional opinions on this). I will not bring my car to new west toyota anymore. Price was 90 but he knocked it down to 60 for the 2 bolts but still!!??
